Howdy, partners! Billie-Jo Brisket and her faithful steed Lightnin are back in town ready to re-launch the wildest musical in the west, Ye-Ha!
"Ye-Ha!" squeezes all the fun and adventure of the Old West into a wonderfully wild musical comedy. Something stinks in Splodge City - and it ain't the drains! Mad Dog McNut and his gang are running wild, and Wilbur Hubbard, cowardly cook at the Fordoor Saloon, lands the job no one wants - Sheriff of Splodge. Luckily for Wilbur, Billie-Jo Brisket and her faithful steed Lightning roll into town to lend a hand, and suddenly the race is on to save the town. It's a rootin’-tootin’ tale of crazy cowboys, barmy baddies, masked heroes, and hidden gold!
PLEASE NOTE: AUDITIONS for ALL ROLES will be held on the first day of the course.

The tale of Snow White has never felt so fresh with this funny adaptation that will make even the most jaded among us laugh out loud! New characters and comedic twists come to life as a modern mom reads the Brothers Grimm tale to her restless children. In addition to the well-known cast of the kind princess, evil queen, multiple dwarves, and the morally conflicted Huntsman, this musical introduces us to some fresh new faces, such as rhyme-happy ladies-in-waiting and a stick-in-the-mud governmental representative out to ruin everyone’s good time! (He nabs the Huntsman for attempting to kill a wild pig without a hunting license and fines a dwarf for picking a bouquet of state flowers!)
Musical styles of all genres fuse to create a rousing mixture of hip-hop, rock and roll, doo wop, and more! With its tongue-in-cheek humor, catchy songs, this show is a must to experience the joys of being in a musical.

We may have closed the curtain on APRIL 2024 SEASON but we are still reflecting on the incredible season of shows. Checkout the review from SPAMALOT - School Edition. It’s still kind of hard to believe TEAM PYT and the incredible CAST put the show of such quality on in a week! Congratulations to all involved. The Perth Youth Theatre gathered their 30+ cast members on Monday the 8th of April, and within a matter of days, presented a full-length musical on Friday the 12th to a full house. Hosted at Venue 360, the company made great use of the stage, particularly the revolving rings, making for some terrific chase scenes, and the LED rear screen, providing a myriad of atmospheric settings while keeping a minimalistic set. ”
